Les plantes de montagne, trésors de la nature !
Des productrices et producteurs de plantes aromatiques présentent leur travail : les tisanes, sucres et sels aromatisés de Fanny et Sébastien Henchoz – Alpes en Fleurs, La Comballaz – et les huiles essentielles et hydrolats de la famille Dutoit – Herbolanne, Rossinière. Culture, cueillette, puis séchage pour les unes, ou distillation pour les autres. Outre la description des travaux et des plantes, le public pourra découvrir leur richesse et les multiples usages qu’on a pu en faire.

Mountain plants, treasures of nature
Producers of aromatic plants present their work: the herbal teas, flavoured sugars and salts of Fanny and Sébastien Henchoz – Alpes en Fleurs, La Comballaz – and the essential oils and hydrolats of the Dutoit family – Herbolanne, Rossinière. Cultivation, harvesting, then drying or distillation. In addition to the description of the work processes and the plants themselves, the public will discover their richness and the multiple uses that have been made of them.

Gebirgspflanzen, Schätze der Natur!
Die Hersteller/innen von aromatischen Pflanzen stellen ihre Arbeit vor: Kräutertees, aromatisierte Zucker und Salze von Fanny und Sébastien Henchoz – Alpes en Fleurs, La Comballaz ; ätherische Öle und Hydrolats der Familie Dutoit – Herbolanne, Rossinière. Anbau, Ernte, dann Trocknung für die einen oder Destillation für die anderen. Nebst der Beschreibung der Arbeitsprozesse und der Pflanzen entdecken die Besucher/innen, wie die Pflanzen früher auch noch weiter genutzt wurden.
